Description
Under supervision of the Operations Manager, direct and participate in the operation of the staffing/scheduling and training personnel in the food service arena. Perform a variety of tasks, including food prep, Serving food in a cafeteria and Banquet setting. Coordinate and monitor the duties of food service workers in a lead capacity.

Associate Degree in Arts/Business preferred
ServSafe Food Handler /ServSafe Workplace
