Role Overview: This role involves administering treatments, interpreting telemetry data, coordinating care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient recovery and safety.

Requirements:

Two (2) years of experience required.
Previous Charge Experience preferred.
Strong MS/Tele and Ortho skills required.
EPIC charting experience required.
Flu Vaccine Required – No Exemptions.
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, Dysrhythmia certified, NIHSS.
Teaching Hospital Experience preferred.
Community Hospital Experience preferred.
Active SC license or multistate license required.
First-time Travelers accepted.

Required Clinical Skills:

Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams preferred
Work Settings: MS/Tele
Clinical Skills: Must have Ortho experience.
Patient Diagnosis: Includes Med/Surg, Tele, cardiac, low-risk ACS, TIAs, diabetes, hypertension, COPD, dehydration, chest pain, DVT, & PE
Special Procedures: Bedside lumbar puncture/ Post cath (radial/femoral), Clean or no interventions/ Post-surgical/Post renal biopsy/CT Angio/Heparin drips.
Special Equipment: Telemetry/bedside pulse oximetry/dinamaps/glucometers.
