Housekeeper (Environmental Services Technician)

Schedule: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Grace Federal Solutions is hiring a dependable Environmental Services Technician responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within assigned buildings. This role supports daily operations by ensuring facilities meet cleanliness and health standards while providing dependable service across the campus.
Work Performed

Clean and service assigned building areas; maintain sufficient stock and supplies
Sweep, mop, buff, spray buff floors; vacuum rugs and carpets as needed
Clean restrooms and offices; replenish supplies
Wash windows, walls, and other assigned areas
Collect trash, empty garbage containers, and transport trash to disposal areas
Sanitize trash containers in accordance with Health Department requirements
Maintain a running log of service calls and items placed in storage
Pack, unpack, receive, issue, and transport materials; report items needing reorder
Assist with transferring materials between departments throughout the University
Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Education / Training

Ability to understand and follow instructions generally acquired through partial high school education

Additional Qualifications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
Ability to work assigned shifts, including overnight hours
