Role Overview: This role involves assisting with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures used to diagnose and treat medical conditions, such as biopsies, vascular procedures, and drain placements. The Interventional Radiology professional prepares and monitors patients, assists the medical team during procedures, maintains sterile technique, and helps ensure patient safety and quality care.

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience required.
- Travel experience required – strong, experienced Cath Tech or RCIS.
- COVID-19 Vaccine Required – No Exemptions.
- Flu Vaccine Required - No Exemptions.
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, RCIS w/IR Tech experience.
- Active state license required.
- Community Hospital Experience Preferred but not required.
- Skills: Abdominal and Pelvic, Angioplasty, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Vascular Studies/Procedures, Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Dialysis Graft Creation/Revision, Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots), Endovascular Interventions, TIPS (Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt), Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Electrophysiology Studies, Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures, Genitourinary Studies/Procedures, Neurological Studies/Procedures
Preferred Skills/ Certs/ Exp:
- Pacemakers, Obtaining Vitals, Rhythm Interpretation, Sinus Node Rhythms

- Philips and Seimens Flouroscopy suites
- Philips ISVC – PACS
- Philips Xper – hemodynamics
- Maquet - IABP
Schedule:
- Shift: 4x10s, 7am-530pm
- Call Requirements: 7-10 call shifts per month (14-15 days of call in a 6 week period; Call requirements are 1730-0700 weekdays and 1730 Friday – 0700 Monday for weekends on a rotation per call team).
- Float Requirement: None.
- Weekend Requirement: Yes.
