Role Overview: This role involves medication management and clinical support for inpatient patients by verifying orders, monitoring therapy outcomes, and ensuring safe, evidence‑based medication use. They collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and prevent medication errors throughout the patient’s facility stay.
Requirements:
Shift: 5x8's Rotating schedule, weekdays, some weekends (every 3rd weekend). If working overnights, 7 nights on, 7 nights off.

Requirements:
- Flu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
- MUST HAVE VA LICENSE IN HAND AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTAL – FIRM
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Required.
- PharmD, RPh required
- EPIC Charting Experience Required
- Skills/Experience Required: IV experience, pain controlled analgesia, antibiotics, drug interactions, order entry, verify medication orders
- Skills/Experience Preferred: Chemo experience, anticoagulants, Pharmacokinetic Dosing, Renal Dosing
- 1 Year Inpatient Pharmacy Experience Required.
- Travel Experience Preferred

- Day shifts: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM , 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM;
- Evening shifts: 1:00 PM-9:30 PM, 2:30 PM– 11:00 PM
- Overnight shifts: 7:30 PM– 7:30 AM, 8:30 PM– 7:30 AM
