Duties and Responsibilities of this Level


  • Liaison with Human Resources and other appropriate offices and departments to respond to personnel and management inquiries regarding HR policy
  • Serve as liaison with Corporate HR specialty consultants for compensation, transactions, employee records, workers compensation, unemployment benefits and information systems
  • Maintain current knowledge and inform new, current and terminated GME Trainees and office staff of their benefits (Health, Dental, Reimbursement Accounts, Cobra, etc.)
  • Process leave policy for all relevant office staff and GME residents/fellows.
  • Direct liaison to Corporate Payroll Services
  • Employ, terminate and transfer GME Trainees on to appropriate payroll systems
  • Preserve, review, update and manage GME Trainees personal data changes such as change of address, marital status and change of name
  • Reconcile travel reimbursement forms to insure accuracy and timely submission to accounts payable
  • Process miscellaneous reimbursements and maintain receipts per policy
  • Liaison with accounts payable to make sure the requests are processed and emails sent to payee in a timely manner
  • Ensure that check requests are processed for approved items/services
  • Complete check request forms accurately and timely and ensure that the proper signatures are obtained
  • Manage departmental invoices through SAP
  • Coordinate approval of invoices with GME leadership
  • Create Purchase Orders for all invoices
  • Responsible for preparing all Journal Vouchers and submitting to accounts payable
  • Assist with expense reports and monthly reconciliation

Required Qualifications at this Level


High school education or equivalent with five years of administrative support experience of increasing variety, complexity and demonstration of work leadership.

Two years postsecondary education with three years of experience.
