Administrative Assistant

Lobby Desk Receptionist & General Administrative Duties    

Primary job responsibilities include:

  • Provide reception duties (lobby desk) in a fast paced, customer service environment. 
  • Responsible for answering incoming calls to PRMO and directing callers to appropriate staff member or department. 
  • Greet patients, visitors, vendors and outside staff and direct to appropriate locations.
  • Prioritize and resolve inquiries via phone, email and in person.
  • Maintain confidential logs of visitors, patients and vendors.  Coordinate patient logs with customer service management.
  • Maintain log of security access cards for visitors and vendors.
  • Provide daily monitoring and logging of building maintenance service requests, and coordinate service worklist with contracted maintenance staff.
  • Responsible for routine office duties which may include: Copying, Filing, Fed Ex preparation, and arranging courier service.

Required Qualifications at this Level

Education:

High school education or equivalent.

Experience:

Two years of administrative support experience of increasing variety and/or complexity

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Creatively uses PC, word processing and other office tools.
  • Thorough knowledge of department policies, procedures, and goals.
