Seeking an individual to help support launch of new alumni network by responding to help requests via email, phone, and LiveChat and be able to provide reports of their work. this person will also help with the implementation of a customer service team for on-going network support. Candidate should be comfortable with computers, must have experience with Microsoft Excel, have strong customer service skills and comfortable interacting with alumni on the phone. Be flexible and comfortable with constantly changing tasks and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment. Some data entry skills required. SAP-experience a plus.
Required Qualifications at this Level
Work requires knowledge of basic mathematical, research and communications principles normally acquired through two years of postsecondary education.
Work generally requires three years of clerical or research experience to acquire skills in administrative or project research responsibilities as well as accepted office organization, communications and research practices.
A bachelor's degree in a field of study directly related to the specific position may be substituted for the education and two years of the experience requirement.
